Scheduled to be unveiled during the golden anniversary edition of Boot Dusseldorf in 2019, Hawk Yachts have announced they will be revealing the latest addition to the expedition fleet.

Joining Cape Hawk 690 48M and Sea Hawk 103M, the brand new Hawk Ranger offers a midway alternative to the previous models which offers clients an ideal solution for comfortable expedition cruising.

Comprising of a steel and aluminium superstructure, many features have been installed to meet unrestricted ice-class standards. The Hawk Ranger ensures safe cruising in polar regions while looking effortlessly stylish thanks to the collaborative designs between the inhouse team and British design studio Laurent Giles.

Accessibility is a key feature of the new Hawk model with storage for a tender up to 8.5 metres. A highlight for the vessel also includes space for a submersible vehicle. With operations for easy retrieval and launching this is an exceptional facility which can provide outstanding excursions during exploration.

A large, convertible and fully certified helipad dominates the aft deck, offering another alternative for guests to make the most of the surrounding area. Transforming into a sundeck with sunlounging area and pool, the helipad is an innovative use of space and a defining key feature of the Hawk Ranger.

For guests who want to enjoy the phenomenal scenery in the warm, a stunning observation lounge profers exceptional views thanks to full length glass walls and a skylight.

In addition to the generous exteriors, 670 metres squared is dedicated to interior guest space. Spacious socialising areas and comfortable furnishings provide a welcoming and cosy environment with cabins following the same style.

A total of seven cabins can accommodate overnight guests consisting of an owner's suite, two VIP cabins and a further four cabins on the lower deck.

The Hawk Ranger has a top speed of 17 knots with cruising at 13 knots and a range of 6,800 nautical miles.

The unveiling of the new Hawk Ranger will take place throughout the 50th Boot Dusseldorf, taking place between the 19th and 27th January 2019.
