SHACKLETON: Lurssen's 110m Superyacht Spotted in Wolfgast, Germany

Spotted in transit outside the Lurssen facility in Wolfgast, Germany, 110m (360.11ft) SHACKLETON made a rare appearance en route to her sea trials.

Sold in 2018 by Moran Yacht & Ship, SHACKLETON is currently scheduled for a 2023 delivery. She stands as one of the world's largest yachts.

Previously known as ICECAP and Northern Star, SHACKLETON is a custom explorer-style yacht with the entire engineering package and exterior design penned by Salt Ship Design.

Largely kept under wraps until her first appearance in July 2022, the striking superyacht was constructed at the Peene-Werft shipyard, which is the site for the German yard's naval division.

Constructed with a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure, SHACKLETON is, at the time of writing, the joint 42nd largest yacht in the world alongside ANNA by Feadship and RADIANT by Lurssen.

Featuring a host of amenities such as a helipad, health and wellness facilities, and abundant advantageous viewpoints around the yacht, she has a layout of 10 cabins including a master and four VIPs.
