The Marex 440 Scandinavia, the latest evolution of the flagship Marex 440 model, will make its global debut at boot Düsseldorf in 2025. Marex collaborated with Slovenian studios VOM Creations, Nikl Design, and Alpha Creations to design and build the new boat.
Marex designed the boat with a primary focus on social spaces. It features two expansive dining areas and quick, direct access to the deck through the pilot and co-pilot side doors.
The salon aboard the new boat for sale impresses with its adaptable interior design, emphasizing comfort and ergonomics. A multifunctional dining area includes a sofa and two pull-out stools, providing a cozy setting for gatherings. The table's folding sides allow space optimization, particularly when part of the sofa becomes a co-pilot bench. This arrangement can easily transform to suit various needs, whether for dining or conversation.
The cruiser boat boasts large windows that create a strong connection with the sea, while a sliding glass door and electrically retractable window merge the salon and cockpit into a unified social space. A standout feature is the folding TV in the salon ceiling, which rotates to serve both the cockpit and salon, allowing guests to enjoy entertainment from any seat.
The kitchen offers a double sink, oven, and induction cooker by Miele, alongside a sizable refrigerator and freezer. Solar panels can power these appliances, eliminating the need for shore power throughout the season.
The lower deck provides options for two or three cabins. The two-cabin layout includes a forward master cabin with a large bed and spacious bathroom, while the guest cabin features an ensuite head, a large bed, and additional amenities. The three-cabin configuration adds two twin cabins with shared facilities.
The open cockpit serves as a vibrant social hub, featuring a U-shaped sofa around the dining table and an extra starboard sofa. Every part of the seating area enhances social interaction and maintains a connection to the sea.
