Launched in January 2023 and then completing her sea trials in May, H3 was originally constructed in the year 2000 and returned to her home shipyard to embark on one of the most extensive refits we've seen for a while.
Formerly known under the names of Al Mirqab, Indian Empress, and NEOM, the 105m (344ft) megayacht looks like a completely new yacht, with multiple new facilities and an additional 10 metres added to her LOA.
Now sporting an elongated, contemporary profile, H3 has passed rigorous testing of her technical equipment, safety features, maneuverability, and performance, and now looks to indulge in her final outfitting stages before being handed over to her new owners.
With her exteriors now hosting an indulgent beach club and an additional 7 metre infinity pool, H3 makes a jaw-dropping impression from the start, but the interiors really take her palatial appeal to a whole new level.
Penned by renowned designer Reymond Langton, the interiors boast a light, natural colour palette, using exquisite materials such as fiddleback sycamore, light taupe oak, soft nubucks and leathers, plus touches of bronze and nickel for extra detailing.
This is the first time a superyacht has been recreated to face the future as a wholly new, contemporary vessel.
Oceanco
On arrival to the main deck, guests will be in awe as they enter what is referred to as a welcome lobby complete with a wet bar, and then proceed through a corridor flanked with video walls putting on an impressive display of an underwater vista.
Opening out onto the main salon, the space is breathtaking with views to match. Vast stretches of glazing surround the main deck, letting in an abundance of natural daylight that reflects and enhances the capacious feel of the interior environment.
The owner's deck pulls out all the stops to impress with its new layout including an extravagant dining room for up to 14 guests and a convertible cinema arrangement in the lounge.
Incorporating a good selection of social spaces throughout the interior, the owner's deck now features a climate-controlled winter garden that can host up to 32 guests. Ideal for large family gatherings and corporate engagements, this exclusive haven makes a statement of its own.
Overnight accommodation comprising of an owner's cabin, VIP and a selection of guest cabins continues the sweep of indulgence seen in the living areas, with all cabins situated on either the main, bridge or owners deck, leaving the lower deck free for a staggering wellness facility adjacent to the beach club.
Featuring a Hammam, hair salon, beauty treatment rooms, a sensory shower and a state-of-the-art gym, the health and wellness of the guests onboard is a priority executed to perfection.
Commenting on how H3 now has new standards in regard to her technology, safety features, overall capability, utility, and sustainability, Oceanco has dubbed the rebuild of H3 a "first-of-its-kind in the yachting industry".
