Taking the spotlight in a spectacular light show in Saint Tropez, the Mangusta Gransport 54 featured in an exclusive event to introduce the shipyard's brand new flagship superyacht. With collaborative designwork from Alberto Mancini, the presentation of EL LEON took place following the initial launch in April 2018 at the Pisa facility.
With the concept for the Gransport range originally presented during the Monaco Yacht Show in 2015, the Mangusta Gransport 54 is 6 metres longer than initially designed. Constructed from aluminium, the combination of a shallow 2.3 metre draught and an impeccable stabilisation system makes this motor yacht ideal for coastal exploration.
Powered by four 2,600hp MTU 16V 2000 M94 engines, top speeds of around 30 knots can be delivered with an impressive range of 3,500 nautical miles.
In the automotive sector, GranSport is synonymous with high performance and optimal comfort. These principles have been the key starting point for the creation of the new line. We translated them and applied them to our business, giving life to a model that is an authentic combination of excellence between performance and autonomy.
