At the rear of the yacht, the beach club area, a massive cockpit seating area, and a large bar, are highlighted.  All of these impress with their size and grandeur.

Also mentioned is the upper deck, which includes an upper helm, a feature he finds unusual for a Princess yacht. This allows the owner to drive the boat themselves while enjoying the fresh air.

Nick then moves on to the lounge and dining areas, pointing out the exceptional size and quality of the furnishings. One of his favorite features of this yacht is the main cabin, or the main deck master cabin, which is located on the main deck rather than downstairs. The highlight of this cabin are the massive windows and skylights, which provide a stunning view, something that is noted is not usually found in cabins on the main deck.

The yacht’s galley area is another standout feature. He praises its large size, befitting a boat of this class, and the convenience of having a door at the back for serving food. He also points out the massive fridge freezers. Nick then showcases the pilot house, which he refers to as the "real deal".

Moving on to the guest accommodation, Nick is impressed by the size and quality of the guest cabins, which include en-suite bathrooms. He also shows two additional guest cabins for those who prefer to share a bed.

In terms of crew accommodation, the Princess 30-meter yacht doesn't disappoint. Nick shows a separate stairway down to the crew area, which includes a crew mess, two twin-bunk crew cabins, and necessary amenities like a shower and heads.

The engine room is described as palatial. He marvels at the massive V16 2200 horse power engines, which give the boat a speed of over 20 knots, impressive for a yacht of this size. He also points out the two gensets and other systems.

Throughout the tour, Nick Burnham is evidently impressed by the Princess 30-meter yacht, praising its size, design, and the quality of its features. He is particularly taken with the main deck master cabin and the impressive engine room. His overall opinion of the yacht is highly positive, referring to it as an "amazing machine".
