Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.3m beam and a 2.11m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 246 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the fifth yacht built on the Princess 35M design. She was completed at Princess' South Yard yard in United Kingdom where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in May 2018.
Accommodation
Avalon offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M96L) 2,450hp engines, motor yacht Avalon is capable of reaching a top speed of 22 knots, and comfortably cruises at 16 knots. With her 18,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 1,900 nautical miles at 9 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
