Avantage is a 87m motor yacht delivered by German shipyard Lurssen in 2020. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Bannenberg & Rowell, while Lurssen is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 13.8m beam and a 4m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 2,950 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in January 2020 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2020.
Exterior Design
The Bannenberg & Rowell Design studio operated with absolute secrecy on the construction of this impressive 87.6m Lurssen build, known under the codename Project Hawaii. The exterior design features a raked bow leading to straight lines and squared-off deck contours. Teak, used extensively throughout the decks, serves to create contrast against the white hull and superstructure.
At the stern, the superstructure is artfully cut away, revealing the sides of the expansive transom and opening to where twin wide staircases descend to the water's edge and the beach club from the lower deck. Elongated slim windows break the hull's surface, adding an intriguing element to the overall design of the white hull. When the garage door opens to expose the beach club and waterside lounging area, it forms a distinctive canopy over the seating area aft on the lower deck.
The navigation and communication tower stands prominently angled aft, adding height to the already impressive profile.
Interior Design
The interiors boast a modern design with a focus on neutral tones, incorporating a recurring theme of bronze in both hard surfaces and soft furnishings, such as the Promemoria Boccaccio armchairs. Rich blue tones and bronze accents are introduced through large artwork, creating a cohesive visual experience.
Throughout the space, orchids are strategically placed, adding a natural touch that is mirrored in the soft greens of cushions against circular cream sofas. The ceiling chandeliers feature a subtle golden leaf design, providing soft and elegant illumination.
The internal staircases feature a sleek and modern design, characterized by speckled glass effect panels supporting open tread steps made of softwood. In the hallways, dark-grained wood is employed, complemented by metal features and frosted glass panels for a visually striking effect. This combination of materials and design elements not only adds a contemporary touch to the yacht's interior but also enhances the overall aesthetic with a perfect blend of sophistication and functionality.
The cabin styling exudes serenity, featuring a palette of neutrals and natural tones complemented by handcrafted rugs atop wooden flooring. The cinema space continued with a calm and relaxed ambiance, integrating the bronze accents through the cushions. Guests can unwind in this cinematic retreat beneath an illuminated celestial ceiling,
Accommodation
Avantage offers accommodation for up to 14 guests in 7 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 34 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M63) 16-cylinder 2,719hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht Avantage is capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
Waterfront living can be enjoyed to the fullest, thanks to a large beach club and connecting swim platform with plenty of space for sitting back and admiring the sea views. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Crowning the yacht is a spacious sundeck with an inviting spread of sunpads and deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
