  • Owner's suite with two bathrooms
  • Foredeck tender stowage
  • Main saloon with coordinated color scheme

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 7.96m beam and a 2.42m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 390 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. She was delivered to her owners in November 1992.

Exterior Design

Caroline Sea II features a raked bow, contributing to its sleek and purposeful profile. The yacht's hull and superstructure are finished in a classic white, creating a clean and timeless appearance. Below the waterline, the hull is painted black, matching the boot top stripe for a cohesive look.

On the foredeck, tenders are stowed to free up deck space, creating an excellent area for crew activities. The bathing platform features a recess for smaller toys and tenders, allowing easy launch and maintenance. This arrangement ensures that the main deck's aft section remains available for guest reception and outdoor lounging.

The bridge deck aft of the sky lounge serves as a private outdoor dining area, designed to seat up to 16 guests around a collapsible table, or a smaller group at a second table shaded by an overhang. This setup prioritizes guest privacy and maximizes usable space for social activities.

The sun deck includes a large spa pool and sunpad, offering guests a place to relax without disturbance from the crew. The height of the deck provides additional privacy, preventing guests from being easily overlooked by other yachts in crowded anchorages.

Interior Design

The interior design of Caroline Sea II is crafted with practicality and refined taste. The main salon is a prime example, featuring neutral tones and a range of textures including leather, suede, and high-gloss lacquer. The room is furnished with a substantial white-leather settee, suede-upholstered armchairs, and a low chinoiserie table complemented by ornate wooden chairs. A folding screen can isolate the salon’s forward end, where a circular oak dining table resides. This area accommodates up to 12 diners with roped chairs and a mirrored ceiling panel above.

The dining service area is efficiently designed, with an electrically-operated door on the port side opening into the pantry. The pantry connects to the galley via a short corridor ending at an in-built worktop, ensuring the chef can work without interruption while maintaining easy access to the stewardesses.

The upper deck salon offers a climate-controlled retreat with excellent views and convenient deck access. This space is a favorite among guests when the yacht is underway, providing a comfortable setting to observe the voyage. The bridge, also located on the upper deck, combines practical design with visitor comfort. It features a well-arranged layout of top-quality equipment and a comfortable settee for guests, ensuring both operational efficiency and hospitality.

Deck spaces are designed with functionality in mind. The aft part of the main deck serves as a reception and outdoor lounging area connected to the main salon. The bridge deck aft of the sky lounge is a private outdoor dining space, seating up to 16 guests around a large collapsible table or a smaller number around a secondary table shaded by an overhang. The sun deck is furnished with a sun pad and spa-bath, offering guests a private relaxation area.

Overall, the interior of Caroline Sea II focuses on practical luxury, utilizing high-quality materials and thoughtful design to cater to both private enjoyment and charter requirements.

Accommodation

Caroline Sea II can host a total of twelve guests across six staterooms. The master suite, known as the Lady Suffolk Suite, occupies a prime location on the main deck. This suite is accessed through a private sitting room, which features a sofa and a black-lacquered desk. The suite includes two bathrooms: a masculine-styled bathroom with a shower and teak gratings, and a lady's bathroom with a full-sized bath.

The main stateroom spans the full beam of the yacht and is illuminated by three portholes on each side. Decorated in cool tones of coral, cream, and grey, the stateroom is lined with raw-silk wall coverings for sound absorption. It features a centrally-placed king-sized bed, extensive wardrobes, a dressing table, and a large entertainment system comprising a television, video, and stereo music.

Two VIP staterooms are located aft of the engine room and can be accessed via a staircase from the main saloon. These mirror-image cabins each occupy the full beam of the yacht and include a double bed, an en suite marble-lined shower room, a desk, a settee, and a comprehensive audio-video entertainment system. The "Mediterranean" stateroom is decorated in warm coral pink tones, while the "Caribbean" stateroom features pastel mint hues.

Forward of the engine room are two twin-bedded cabins, each with the added convenience of an optional Pullman berth, making them ideal for children. These cabins are spacious and provide a practical solution for family-oriented charter groups or private use.

An additional modest double cabin is located on the upper deck. This cabin is particularly suitable for a nanny or additional staff, ensuring that all guest needs are met without compromising on comfort or convenience.

She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
