Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement w/ bulbous bow steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.12m beam and a 2.56m draft. The yacht is built over 4 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the fifth yacht built on the Oceano 50 design.
Exterior Design
Designed by Alberto Mancini with Overmarine’s in-house team, the yacht features a sleek and powerful profile. The aft beach club is particularly noteworthy, opening on three sides to create a generous platform for relaxation and recreation. The foredeck is equipped with freestanding lounge seating and a swimming pool, providing ample space for leisure activities. Additionally, the sundeck features a large glass-fronted Jacuzzi pool and dining areas, ensuring guests have multiple options for enjoying the outdoors.
Glass plays a significant role in the design, with full-height windows and glass bulwarks offering excellent views and enhancing the connection between interior and exterior spaces. The lines of the yacht are crafted to balance hard and soft surfaces, with the windows forming a continuous section that unites the interior with the exterior environment.
Interior Design
The interior design of Felicita incorporates a harmonious blend of fine materials and neutral color palettes to create a sophisticated atmosphere. Key elements include the use of linen and silk in light blue and turquoise hues, complemented by white marble and sand-colored oak wood parquet. These are counterbalanced by ash wood and brass finishes, offering a well-considered contrast.
In the main salon, large ceiling-high windows allow lots of natural light to flood the space, enhancing the connection between the interior and the exterior. The layout is designed to encourage social interaction, with a semi-circle of seating forward that creates a natural division between the lounging area and the dining space. A custom piece of furniture serves as a functional separator, maintaining the flow of the interior without disrupting the visual continuity.
Accommodation
Felicita accommodates up to twelve guests in five cabins. The main deck features a master cabin that includes a terrace extending out over the water to starboard, offering a serene private space for the owner. On the lower deck, there are two double cabins and two twin cabins, each twin equipped with an additional Pullman berth, providing flexible accommodation options.
The crew is housed in quarters forward, allowing for a professional team of up to eleven members to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M86) 1,700hp engines running at 2450rpm, motor yacht Felicita is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 68,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.
