Hiatus is a 30.48m motor yacht delivered by MCP Yachts in 2008. Her interior design, exterior styling and naval architecture come from the drawing boards of MCP Yachts' in-house design team.
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 6.53m beam and a 2.01m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 172 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the MY 100 design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Accommodation
Hiatus offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C-32) 1,651hp engines, motor yacht Hiatus is capable of reaching a top speed of 19 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 21,812 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,455 nautical miles at 11 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort and underwater lights will turn plenty of heads when the sun goes down. Hiatus also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
