Key Features

  • X-TEND™ seating system transforms cockpit area
  • Pilot house equipped with large navigation screens
  • Forward master cabin with terrace
  • Flexible interior layout

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.9m beam and a 2.1m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 125 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the first yacht built on the 100 Yacht design. Launched in April 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.

Exterior Design

Ikal's exterior design is notable for its practical and flexible features, starting with the cockpit's X-TEND™ seating system. This optional feature allows for the seating to be adjusted to face the interior or to extend towards the bathing platform, enhancing the area's versatility. The space is designed to accommodate freestanding furniture, allowing for customization according to the owner's preferences. When the seating is extended, it blends seamlessly with the bathing platform, creating an inviting beach club area. This space is further utilized for storage of a Williams jet rib and a jet ski, with a floor mechanism that fills the gap to the bulkhead when the tenders are deployed.

On the top deck, the design emphasizes outdoor living with a configurable space that includes an optional upper helm. A hard top with a sliding canvas roof allows for an open or covered area, adaptable to weather conditions. The deck features a large dining table, a bar area, and an optional infinity hot tub flanked by sunpads. The thoughtful layout includes a slide mount for direct access to the water, highlighting the yacht's focus on enjoyment and entertainment. Wing stations enhance maneuverability and visibility during docking.

Ikal provides luxurious accommodations for up to 10 guests, a beach club, a tender garage, and air conditioning for ultimate comfort.

Interior Design

Silver oak dominates the interior, from the saloon to the helm, providing a light and airy atmosphere that is complemented by light flooring. This choice of wood and color palette not only enhances the sense of openness but also serves as a neutral backdrop to the yacht's various areas.

In the saloon, the layout is designed for flexibility, accommodating a large seating area to port with a coffee table at its center. This is positioned opposite a sizeable television screen, making it a focal point for entertainment. The dining area is strategically placed amidships, benefiting from enormous floor-to-ceiling windows that not only flood the space with natural light but also ensure that views remain unobstructed, thanks to cleverly aligned cutouts in the gunnels. While this yacht does not feature an opening door adjacent to the dining area, the option exists for those who prefer extra ventilation and direct access to the side deck.

The helm benefits from an expansive array of screens, providing a commanding view and ensuring that all necessary information is readily accessible. The design here is uncluttered, with controls and navigational tools positioned for optimal ease of use.

The galley mirrors the yacht's overall approach to design, combining functionality with a clean aesthetic. It is equipped with high-specification appliances, including twin Miele induction cooktops and ample refrigeration, making it comparable to a domestic kitchen in terms of capability. Storage is thoughtfully integrated, and a reorientable side door has been planned to improve crew access to the side deck, thus enhancing operational efficiency without intruding on the guest experience.

Accommodation

Ikal offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in five suites. The yacht features a remarkable forward master cabin located on the main deck, offering occupants an expansive, well-lit area thanks to its full-beam design and large windows on either side. This cabin includes extensive storage options, a walk-in wardrobe, and a dedicated workspace, ideal for those who may need to attend to business during their voyage. The master suite's most captivating feature is undoubtedly its direct access to a private forward terrace, providing secluded outdoor space for quiet contemplation or intimate gatherings. The en-suite bathroom is generously sized, equipped with twin sinks, a separate shower cubicle, and a distinct toilet cubicle, emphasizing privacy and convenience.

Descending to the lower deck, Ikal presents additional sleeping quarters designed to host guests in supreme comfort. Amidships, two identical double cabins are found, each boasting ample headroom, a completely flat floor for ease of movement, and a large television across from the bed. Storage solutions are thoughtfully integrated, and each cabin benefits from natural light via hull windows. These cabins include private bathrooms, enhancing the sense of personal space for guests aboard.

Further forward, two additional cabins mirror the thoughtful design seen throughout Ikal, featuring sliding berths that can be easily adjusted to form two singles or a double bed, according to guests' preferences. Similar to the amidships cabins, these forward accommodations offer flat-screen televisions, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, and private en-suites, ensuring comfort and privacy.

The crew quarters are located towards the bow, designed to provide the yacht’s five staff with functional and comfortable living spaces. The area includes a crew mess equipped with navigation and boat management systems, a dinette, and a compact galley. The captain enjoys a private cabin. Additional crew bunks are available, each with their own bathroom facilities, demonstrating a commitment to the well-being of all aboard.
