Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement GRP hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.26m beam and a 2.7m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 498 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in early 2015 with the keel laid under the project name 'Blake'. This was the third yacht built on the FB800 Series design. Launched in May 2018 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in August 2018.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of Mont Al Lawz features a raked bow, contributing to its sleek and modern profile. The deck is crafted from teak, offering durability and a classic nautical appearance. Both the hull and the superstructure are finished in a clean, white color, presenting a uniform and streamlined look. The boot top and below the waterline areas are painted black, adding a subtle contrast to the overall design.

The sundeck boasts not one, but two pools, offering both adults and children their own dedicated spaces to relax and enjoy the water. The generous use of alfresco dining areas throughout the yacht encourages social gatherings and intimate meals under the open sky, further exemplifying the vessel's design philosophy that seamlessly blends indoor comfort with the allure of the great outdoors.

The foredeck provides a sanctuary for guests to unwind, featuring a vast and inviting lounging area that beckons relaxation. This space is ideal for basking in the sun or indulging in a moment of solitude while taking in the panoramic ocean views.

The main deck aft sets the stage for a warm welcome aboard with its spacious arrangement, deep sofas, and a grand L-shaped bar, elegantly crafted from teak, burnished brass, and stone. This informal yet luxurious setting instantly establishes a tone of conviviality that carries through the entire yacht.

The transom area is adaptable to the preferences of its owner, with options ranging from accommodating large tenders to featuring a classic beach club with a bathing platform. This particular yacht has dedicated a portion of its beach club to a glass-sided sauna, embracing the concept of wellness on the water and offering a unique and indulgent experience.

Interior Design

Bold design elements, such as textured rings inlaid within the walnut doors, punctuate the interior, contributing to the yacht's distinct personality. This motif is carried through to the ring-inspired details on the doors and the etched Eramosa stone floors of the ensuite bathrooms, weaving a thread of continuity throughout the vessel.

The yacht's lobby is a striking showcase of Bannenberg & Rowell's signature mix of shapes, materials, and finishes. The staircase, spiraling elegantly like a seashell, is juxtaposed against angular V-shaped balustrades, while the rounded back wall is dressed in natural grass matting. Accents of machine-polished stainless steel hoops and a tobacco-toned leather handrail add layers of texture and luxury, inviting guests to pause and appreciate the craftsmanship.

The main deck saloon, complete with Minotti sofas and chairs, Flexform poufs, and Aston Dining Chairs by Minotti, is a testament to Bannenberg & Rowell's understanding of luxury and functionality. By carefully selecting materials and maintaining a level of bespoke elegance, they have achieved a balance that is both commercially viable and exquisitely unique.

Accommodation

Mont Al Lawz offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in a total of six guest cabins. The owner's suite is the jewel in the crown of Mont Al Lawz's accommodations. Positioned forward on the main deck, the suite boasts an exclusive fixed side terrace, providing a secluded oasis with breathtaking views of the ocean.

The suite's interior resonates with a mid-century modern flair, where an extra-large bed in tufted leather and bleached oak creates a stunning centerpiece, seemingly floating in the center of the room. The suite also features asymmetrical his-and-hers dressing rooms and a full-beam bathroom complete with a luxurious central tub and separate shower, ensuring that every need is catered for with the utmost elegance.

The lower deck houses two VIP cabins and two twin cabins, each one exuding comfort and style. The cabins are adorned with luxurious furnishings in leather and neutrally toned fabrics, maintaining a consistent aesthetic throughout Mont Al Lawz. The yacht's distinctive ring motif is tastefully incorporated into the doors and etched into the Eramosa stone floors of the bathrooms, further enhancing the feeling of continuity and attention to detail.

Additionally, an extra guest cabin is available on the upper deck, which some owners have chosen to utilize as a den with a dayhead, but Mont Al Lawz has opted for an additional cabin, maximizing the space for guests.

She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
