The 134'10" motor yacht Queen D was delivered to her owners in 2000 by Christensen. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Christensen, while Donald Starkey is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 27'7" beam and a 7'3" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 384 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in early 1997. She was delivered to her owners in September 2000.

Accommodation

Queen D offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel DDC/MTU (16V-2000) 16-cylinder 1,800hp engines, motor yacht Queen D is capable of reaching a top speed of 19 knots, and comfortably cruises at 16 knots. With her 11,491 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at 11 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

Amenities

A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Queen D also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
