Construction started in early 2015. This was the tenth yacht built on the Classic Supreme 132' design. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in July 2018.
Exterior Design
Wabash features a generous transom that folds down to reveal a beach club area. This space serves as a hub for water activities, providing storage for a range of water toys, a tender, and a jet ski. The inclusion of the beach club emphasizes the yacht's design philosophy of integrating indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Access to Wabash is facilitated through a passerelle that leads to the aft deck, an expansive area suited for relaxation and social gatherings. The aft deck connects seamlessly to the interior via powered curved glass doors, allowing for an easy transition from exterior elegance to interior sophistication.
The yacht's profile is distinguished by large windows that invite ample natural light into the interior spaces, enhancing the onboard experience. The design also incorporates a balanced distribution of outdoor leisure areas, including a sun deck and various seating arrangements which offer versatility for guests' preferences.
Interior Design
The main salon is characterized by its spaciousness, natural light, and use of orange highlights. Eucalyptus wood with a light satin finish is used throughout, contrasting with the darker high gloss of the African wood, kodo. This combination of woods provides a sophisticated visual texture that is both understated and appealing.
Large windows in the salon enhance the sense of openness, bathing the interior in natural light and providing panoramic views of the surroundings. The powered curved glass doors that lead into the salon further contribute to the seamless integration of interior and exterior spaces. The main salon is equipped with a bar area, fostering a social atmosphere, and is furnished with sofas on either side that offer ample seating. The accent lighting in the ceiling adds a subtle, refined touch to the ambiance.
Adjacent to the main salon is the dining area, which also benefits from substantial natural light through expansive windows. The dining space is furnished with a sizeable table that serves as an inviting focal point for guests to gather and enjoy meals. The lighting here, as in the salon, is carefully considered to promote a comfortable and inviting dining experience.
The galley on Wabash is designed for efficiency and ease of use, with ample preparation space and state-of-the-art appliances, including a Miele cooktop and oven. A full wall of refrigeration units ensures that fresh ingredients are always at hand. Additionally, the galley includes a dumbwaiter system that facilitates the swift and discreet transport of dishes and culinary creations to other decks.
Wabash features a modern bridge outfitted with the latest navigation and monitoring systems. Side access doors on each end of the bridge provide quick access to the exterior when necessary. The captain's cabin and office space are finished to the same high standards as the guest areas, ensuring that the professionalism of the vessel extends to the crew's quarters.
Accommodation
Wabash boasts an impressive capacity to sleep up to 12 guests across six well-appointed cabins, supported by a professional crew of seven to ensure all operational aspects are handled with expertise.
The main deck owner's cabin includes an office space, signifying the dual functionality of comfort and business readiness. The suite expands into a generously sized bedroom area, enriched by the contrast of light eucalyptus wood against darker tones of African kodo wood. Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer captivating views. The owner's suite also features a split ensuite arrangement, with two separate areas each boasting substantial showers, vanities, and private toilet facilities. The walk-in closet provides ample storage, and a discreet dressing table with a mirror adds to the convenience.
The VIP cabin, along with two additional double cabins, reflect a continuity in design and luxury found in the owner's suite. Each cabin is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and ease for guests. The VIP ensuite, in particular, is spacious, mirroring the opulence of the owner's accommodation.
Two twin cabins are available, each with Pullman berths, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. These cabins, though labeled as the "smallest," do not compromise on comfort or quality, as evidenced by the matching wood grain and quality finishes. Ensuite facilities with rainfall showers are standard in each, maintaining the high standards set throughout the vessel.
Crew accommodation is also thoughtfully laid out, offering seven crew members comfortable living quarters that enable them to maintain the yacht's operations smoothly. The captain's cabin, located behind the bridge, is finished to a high standard, reflecting the overall quality seen throughout the vessel.
