The 53 Motoryacht was built in the United States by Hatteras making full use of their in-house design team's expertise. She was the standard version in the Hatteras 53 Motoryacht series. The 16.18m/53'1" flybridge boat constructed in fibreglass can sleep up to six guests in three cabins.
Development started in 1969 and the first model rolled off the production line in 1973.
