Already confirming Maurizio Baldoni as Chief Strategy Officer for the yard, Francesco Frediani and Anthony Cioffi also bring a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the brand.
In an exciting year for Arcadia when the 23.98m (78.7ft) Sherpa XL is due to launch, new Production Manager Anthony Cioffi will be monitoring all operational activities in the shipyard, paying particular attention to the new builds area.
Joining the Salvatore D’Ambrosi team, Cioffi brings 19 years of industry experience to the Italian shipyard, following a long-term standing as Production Manager at fellow Italians the Ferretti Group.
Also welcoming a new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Francesco Frediani will be working through a handover phase alongside Chief Strategy Officer Maurizio Baldoni.
Liaising closely with shareholders and other important influencers of the shipyard, Frediani also brings valuable experience to the team with 30 years in the marine industry. Companies already under his belt include Twin Disc, Riva and Mangusta.
