Arcadia A96, the Best Motor Yacht of the Year

The A96 wins the Best of the Best 2024 award in the motor yacht category.

This prestigious recognition comes from the Robb Report, a leading US lifestyle and luxury magazine renowned as a benchmark in the international yachting industry.

The Robb Report jury was particularly impressed by the yacht's generous living space, afforded by its 8m (24ft) beam. However, it was the design's embrace of open-air life that set the A96 apart in this fiercely competitive category.

The A96 merges the best features of Arcadia Yachts' Sherpa and A-lines. It offers vast stern terraces, a highly maneuverable propulsion system, and a top speed of 23-24 knots.

Powered by four Volvo Penta IPS 1350 engines, it boasts high maneuverability, stability, and the ability to cruise in various waters.

Advanced port maneuvering systems from Volvo Penta and Garmin enhance safety and ease of mooring. The Assisted Docking system and Surround View Camera System provide real-time, 360-degree vision, virtual maneuvering guides, and obstacle detection.

From the swim platform to the bow, the yacht's spaces flow together, providing options for socializing on the main deck, a discreet setting on the upper deck, and privacy in the bow area. Sliding doors create versatile living areas on the main and upper decks, transforming them into open-air spaces.

High service standards are ensured through the separation of guest and crew flows, a fully appointed pantry, and an optional second-day toilet on the upper deck.

The yacht includes five cabins: the owner’s full-beam cabin on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck. The interiors, designed by Igor Lobanov, use natural, eco-friendly materials and feature Art Deco-inspired sleek curves and dark lacquered surfaces.

With this design, we embrace and point up the strengths of our two lines, offering on one hand the huge water’s edge terraces in the stern, highly maneuverable propulsion system, and 23-24 knot top speed of the Sherpa range and, on the other, the immense volumes and sumptuously high level of service of the A-line."
