Designed to suit both fully crewed operations and experienced families or couples looking to manage the yacht themselves, this new explorer yacht has the capacity for a range of 4,000-5,000nm.
With a length of 26m (86ft) and a waterline length of 24m (78ft), the Kando85 features a steel hull built for extensive voyages. The yacht is expected to achieve a 4,000nm range at 10 knots, extending to 5,000nm at 9 knots. Powered by Volvo Penta engines, it boasts an efficient fuel consumption of 63l/ph (16.6gph) at 10 knots.
Designed for extended trips, the Kando85 ensures ample storage and comfortable accommodations. The interior layout is customizable, with the shipyard suggesting a five-stateroom configuration, including a master suite on the main deck and four guest staterooms below. The yacht's 200 GT volume allows for spacious and inviting living and dining areas, similar to the Kando110 series, yachts LADY CAROLINE and INFINITY NINE.
It’s at the right size point to be able to be either a fully crewed yacht or for an experienced couple or family to run it themselves or with minimal crew.”
