Custom Line Launches Four Superyachts in Just Three Months

In an exceptionally short time frame, yacht builder Custom Line has launched two Custom Line Navettas and two Custom Line planing yachts at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona, Italy.

The Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona recently celebrated the launch of four bespoke superyachts, comprised of two Custom Line Navettas and two Custom Line planing yachts. Launched between August and early October, the four superyachts ranged in length from 30 to 42 meters.

Custom Line Navetta 33: RICACHA TOO

The 32nd hull of the Custom Line Navetta 33 displacement line was launched on August 1. The 33-meter yacht RICACHA TOO,  was crafted in collaboration with the Strategic Product Committee, responsible for exterior styling, and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, whose architects and designers conceptualized the interiors with help from the Custom Line Atelier.

Tailored to meet the experienced owner's preferences, the motor yacht emphasizes the design of social spaces, featuring expansive indoor and outdoor areas furnished with large custom tables, capable of accommodating up to 10 guests in ultimate comfort. The interior palette juxtaposes pale, muted tones like white, gray, and bronze with deeper shades such as dark brown and lava gray, creating striking contrasts. Notable materials include Taj Mahal and Essential Grey marble, alongside Canadian maple and leather, enhancing the yacht's luxurious feel.

Custom Line Navetta 30

On September 10, the 21st Custom Line Navetta 30 yacht made its debut. This creation is the result of a collaborative design process involving the Strategic Product Department and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, with ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel handling the interior architecture and Filippo Salvetti overseeing exterior styling, complemented by strategic interior design insight from Custom Line Atelier. Measuring 28m in length with a beam of 7m, this made-to-measure yacht combines ambitious volumes and luxury at sea.

Its three-deck layout maximizes onboard space, offering panoramic views through large glazed surfaces and generous stern and bow areas. With innovative styling, the yacht's exterior features sweeping horizontal lines for a sleek, dynamic profile, optimizing performance and fuel efficiency. The interior marries both classic and modern aesthetics, incorporating carbon detailing, and quartz powder textures on glass fiber. Custom furnishings crafted from natural leather and solid timber, deliver a classic yet contemporary 'sporty chic' vibe.

Custom Line 140: LADY DIA

The fifth unit of the Custom Line 140’ planing line flagship was launched on September 25. Superyacht LADY DIA is a result of the Strategic Product Committee's exterior styling expertise and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department's interior design prowess. The overall design, inspired by residential architecture, exudes a refined ‘Made in Italy’ style.

An in-depth design study resulted in interiors that utilize fine materials like polished Azul Cielo, and vibrant blue marbles. Onboard, natural teak, leather, and eco-leather are used to further enhance the aesthetic. The color scheme of pale and muted tones is accented by petrol and sapphire shades, complemented by metallic paint inspired by automotive design. Furthermore, the unique texture of Northern Lights fabric, combined with metal mesh elements, provides a sporty yet sophisticated look.

Custom Line 106

The year’s fifteenth launch was the 23rd made-to-measure yacht in the Custom Line 106’ planing line, which hit the water on October 10. Constructed through the collaborative efforts of the Ferretti Group Engineering Department for exterior styling and Custom Line Atelier for interior design, the 33m-long superyacht, supported by a beam of 7m, boasts generous spaces and clean lines.

Its architectural balance between exteriors and interiors creates an interconnected flow from bow to stern, merging spaces seamlessly. The design onboard the new superyacht features chic, modern twists, with details like an asymmetrical ribbed American walnut effect in the main lounge and sophisticated ribbed panels in the owner’s area. The interior’s chromatic harmony is achieved through a blend of soft, warm tones, with furnishings crafted from luxurious materials like Travertino bronze, and Silk Georgette marbles, and American walnut.
