Setting our Sights on Superyacht Miami

The Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show 2024 will take place from Wednesday, 14 February to Sunday, 18 February, 2024.

Historically, the Miami International Boat Show and Miami Yacht Show have attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors to South Florida. By joining forces to create the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show, the collaboration has created one of the world's largest boat and yacht exhibitions.

Part of the show is SuperYacht Miami, hosted in the modern and upscale Yacht Haven Grande Miami. Dedicated exclusively to the largest and most luxurious yachts at the show, Superyacht Miami provides an exclusive opportunity to visit some world-class superyachts.

One of the largest yachts for sale in the Miami Superyacht show 2024, is SAPPHIRE, a 50.5m (166ft) custom motor yacht built in 2009 by Trinity Yachts. The accommodation is surprising on this yacht, as 22 guests can enjoy staying onboard in a flexible eight-cabin layout comprising an owner cabin, three double cabins, two triple cabins, two twin cabins, and four Pullman cabins.

SAPPHIRE is powered by twin 3,650hp MTU diesel engines, to attain a top speed of 23 knots, and ensure a smooth cruising experience at 15 knots. With a notable range of 2,500nm at 12 knots, she is well-equipped for extended journeys. The inclusion of zero-speed stabilizers enhances comfort whilst at anchor.

Builder CL Yachts are set to present three models from their CL range, in particular, the CLX96, a finalist at the 2024 Boat International Design and Innovation Awards.  Additionally, the Shanghai builder will showcase the CLB72 and CLB65.

The distinguished motor yacht brand of Cheoy Lee, is renowned for its 150-year history and technical prowess. Whilst headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong, the yacht bulder has a Fort Lauderdale sales office to cater for the American yacht sales market.

The 2022 MISS LIZA by Sanlorenzo will be presented for sale at the show. Boasting a top speed of 30 knots from powerful twin MTU engines, the Italian-built 26.8m (87.9ft) yacht is one of the SL86 series. With a cruising speed of 24 knots from its 8,327-liter fuel tanks, the yacht provides a comfortable experience for up to eight guests in four suites. Manned by a dedicated crew of four, this stylish Italian cruiser is available for offers over USD $6M.

PRONTO (2022) by Sunreef Yachts. 23.96m/78.6ft. Guests: 9
In the multihull category, Sunreef's PRONTO, a 2022 creation from the Polish builder, stands out with its innovative design. This catamaran features an invisible aft garage, discreetly housing a jet ski and an impressive array of water toys.

Winner of the 2022 BLT Design Awards in the Interior Design category, PRONTO's key theme of its interior spaces is 'tropical'. Natural fabrics, teak floors, and a laid-back beachy color palette define the ambiance. Carrara marble, sculpted wood, and touches of green foliage contribute to the relaxed atmosphere. Accommodating nine guests, PRONTO offers four en-suite cabins featuring natural wood and navy blue upholstery within a flexible cabin layout.

PRONTO's superyacht flybridge provides ample lounging space and extends the beach-inspired design of the interiors. A drinks bar with a spacious countertop leads to the central area, where a large custom-designed table accommodates up to eight guests. Towards the aft, an elevated sunning spot offers comfortable lounging chairs, making the yacht summer-ready.
