Interior

Particularly impressive is the wave pattern on the interior floor, which is not only visually appealing but also textured. He praises the woodworking, describing the matte finish with different colors and textures as fantastic. Also liked was the central section with the TV and the dining area. The finishings throughout the yacht are described as fantastic.

The yacht features a main deck owner's cabin, which is pointed out as being unique due to having two separate ensuites, which is unusual for a yacht of this size. Also mentioned here is that the owner's cabin has skylights, which was a specific request from the original owner who wanted to get fresh air in and not rely on the air conditioning.

The lower deck consists of four cabins, each featuring wonderful finishes. He is impressed by the texture and quality of the materials used, such as the flooring and the wardrobes. Also liked is the lighting and the AV equipment fitted in the cabins.

The upper deck features a Sky Lounge, which Nick admires for its beautiful bar, large windows, and beautiful finishes.  Also of note is a massive TV and a day heads.

On Deck

The aft outdoor dining area and the social space are described as being really nice and open.   There is a spiral staircase leading down to a transom dining area.  More stairs lead up to the flybridge.  Here there is a particularly large hardtop with sattelite communications systems above.  Underneath is another bar area and hot tub.  Also pointed out is the misting system, which is essentially an outdoor air conditioning system.

Crew Accommodation

Nick also tours the bridge, which features all the navigational equipment and controls for the yacht. He also shows the Captain's cabin, which includes an ensuite with a separate shower and bathroom.

The crew areas of the yacht include a pantry area, a galley with refrigeration, and a laundry room. There are three crew cabins, each with bunks, storage, and an ensuite.

Performance

The engine room houses two MTU 12V 2000 M72 engines, each providing 1468 horsepower, providing a top speed of 16 knots. He mentions that the yacht can cruise at 11 knots, but can drop down to 8 knots, using less than 100 liters an hour, providing an impressive 3,300 nautical miles of range. This yacht also features zero-speed stabilization.

In Summary

Nick praises the yacht's interior, commenting that the finish is modern, crisp, contemporary, but still very classy. He notes that the yacht was built in Italy and that the Italian style shines through. Overall, Nick is very impressed with the Benetti Classic 121, praising its interior design, finishes, and features.
