The Saxdor 205 has appealing exterior features. The optional T-top provides sun protection, and transom gates offer easy access for water sports when lifted. There is seating at the front and along the sides, with storage compartments beneath. The deck area includes practical amenities like cup holders and switches controlling navigation lights, anchor lights, deck lights, and bilge pumps. Speakers are fitted on deck for entertainment.

The seating arrangement is adaptable, with seats swivelling 360 degrees to face different directions. A foldable table is positioned among these seats for dining. When folded down, the seats form a social area accommodating six people under the console. Fold-out screens offer additional wind protection or fold away for easy access. The helm includes optional upgraded twin Simrad screens, though a single display is sufficient. The throttle control is centrally positioned, enabling experienced boaters to assist novices.

The Saxdor 205 does not include any cabins due to its compact size and day-use design. That said, there is still a functional toilet compartment with a proper toilet, sink, and tinted window for privacy and natural light. Accessed under the forward seat, the circuit breakers are also organised within this compartment.

The Saxdor 205 has a flexible outboard engine range from 100 horsepower up to 175 horsepower. The reviewed model uses a 115 Mercury Pro XS engine, achieving speeds near 40 knots. 

The Saxdor 205 is an excellent entry-level boat for new boaters, providing practicality in a compact design. It has various customisable options like the T-top and engine choices, suiting different boating needs. Features include flexible seating, wind protection, user-friendly controls, and a proper toilet facility - very uncommon for its size. The Saxdor 205 is an attractive and functional choice for enjoyable day trips on the water.
