The 68C is the entry level model from American builder Viking Yachts' Open Bridge range. The 68C is a yacht built from GRP, the planing hull design will reach a top speed of 40 knots.

The 68 C is designed and engineered to function equally as well as a tournament-ready offshore runner and a cruising yacht with all the conveniences and technology that you’ve come to expect from Viking.

The optional Seakeeper gyro stabilizer heightens the level of comfort during both fishing and cruising activities. Anglers do battle in a 176-square foot cockpit, while guests can watch from an air-conditioned observation mezzanine.

With twin optional 1945-hp MTU Series 2000 V12 M96Ls, this beautiful battlewagon cruises at 35 knots and tops out at 40-plus knots. The boat is also available with power from MAN or Caterpillar. An aggressively raked stem, gently sloping sheer, swept-back black-masked windshield and flybridge brow present a powerful yet elegant picture.

Open to the salon, the 68 C’s custom walk-around island galley maximizes space while serving as a prime socializing area, with three bar stools, an engineered stone countertop and under-counter refrigeration.

With a layout that puts the companionway to port, the master stateroom takes full advantage of the vessel’s 19’ 2” beam, with a queen-size walkaround bed, a maple-lined hanging closet with walnut doors, a 32-inch HD TV and an ensuite head with a separate shower.

Standard amenities in the cockpit also include a onepiece anodized aluminum ladder to the bridge, rounded coamings, recessed stainless-steel hardware, speakers tied into the flybridge stereo, a large lazarette hatch, fresh and saltwater washdown systems and a refrigerated chill box in the salon entrance step.

The flybridge’s center console helm gives the captain superb visibility to all quarters. Electronic trolling valves allow maximum control on the trolling grounds.

In addition to providing comfort and convenience, the enclosed bridge serves a second salon and private retreat. The forward control station has all the necessary control switches, lighted instrument and engines controls along with our VIPER (Viking Independent Programmable Electro-hydraulic Rudder) steering system.
