Delivered in 2023, Fantasea is a 50m motor yacht built by Italian shipyard Benetti. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by Benetti, while her exteriors have been penned by RWD.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.2m beam and a 2.6m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 500 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the fourth yacht built on the B.Now 50M design. Launched in October 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Benetti's Livorno yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in January 2023.

Exterior Design

The yacht's exterior design emphasizes sleek lines and forward momentum, achieved through a striking black glazed angle that flows upward from the aft quarter, integrating with the curved superstructure of the upper deck. Low-set rectangular portholes are positioned along the hull creating interest at the waterline. Extensive glazing on the lower deck enhances the yacht's open feel. Soft, rounded decks maintain a smooth aesthetic.

The transom area serves as a standout feature, featuring a 36-square-meter beach club with a teak-surrounded pool. Wide staircases lead from the open aft deck to the pool area, where sun pads offer prime waterfront seating. Access to the main deck aft is provided by a staircase on the port side, extending to the upper deck. Ample shaded lounging and dining areas are available on all aft deck levels, thanks to overhanging decks.

Braided breeze chairs complement the wooden dining table on the main deck, creating a cohesive atmosphere with a wooden slatted ceiling, that beautifully illuminates at night. Warm teak and woven hand-patterned bar stools enhance the inviting ambiance at the bar area of the upper deck. Cream barrel chairs with a dark wood grid design and low-slung square sofas in a natural palette provide comfortable seating, accented by colorful cushions. Strategically placed openings within the ceiling allow increased natural light and ventilation on the upper deck.

Forward on the main deck, strategic seating offers guests the flexibility to face either forward or aft according to their preference. The yacht is equipped with a high mast for navigation and communication, topped with a striking carbon black light mast for added visual appeal and functionality.

Interior Design

The interior of the yacht embraces a serene blend of natural tones and textures, incorporating wood, linen, cotton, and silk to cultivate a calming atmosphere. Dark wood accents add depth to the design, while light features, adorned with leaf designs, softly diffuse light over the dining area.

In the salon on the main deck, squared-off sofas upholstered in textured cream fabric are complemented by cushions in light greens and soft turquoise, harmonizing with the surrounding seascape. A stylish bar with ribbed cream paneling offers a social focal point, featuring high bar stools with dark bench legs and bold plain turquoise backs, introducing contrast to the neutral palette.

Cabin interiors maintain the cream tones with dark wood accents, enhanced by large artworks in soft blues and natural themes for added interest. Private balconies feature bucket chairs in handwoven weave and textured corduroy, providing comfortable outdoor seating. Marble is prominently featured in the bathrooms, while light wood is used for the main furniture pieces, contributing to the overall natural aesthetic.

Accommodation

Fantasea provides accommodation for 12 guests throughout six staterooms. During the build, attention to reducing noise and vibrations was prioritized, ensuring the yacht provided a comfortable cruising experience.

The full beam master suite is a prominent feature onboard, providing the owner with an exclusive private balcony. 

Guest accommodations include well-proportioned cabins, each furnished to reflect the modern and sophisticated interior design of the yacht. 

Up to ten crew are accommodated onboard.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12-1400) 1,400hp engines, motor yacht Fantasea is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 60,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles.
