Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.7m beam and a 3.1m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of Tasia is functional and straightforward. The bow has a raked shape, contributing to improved seaworthiness and a sleek profile. The deck is covered in teak, providing durability and a classic nautical appearance. The hull and superstructure are both painted Matterhorn White, creating a consistent and clean look. The boot top and below the waterline areas are painted black, adding contrast and practicality. The choice of colors and materials reflects a focus on performance and reliability.

The crew tender is positioned on the aft end of the sun deck along with its launching crane. The sundeck also features a raised Jacuzzi spa pool, treadmill machine, expansive sun pad, built-in counter equipped with a barbecue, refrigerator, and bar to starboard.

The main deck aft serves effectively as a bathing center, with easy access to the stern platform via a central flight of stairs. The bridge deck aft is designed for alfresco dining and lounging, providing a practically unbroken 300° vista through wide, fully-glazed sliding doors. This integration of indoor and outdoor spaces ensures that the area is well-utilized throughout the day, offering guests a comfortable and engaging environment.

Interior Design

The interior design of Tasia reflects a modern approach with inspiration drawn from 1930s Art Deco. The main saloon is characterized by the use of anigré and madrona-briar veneers. These materials are molded into cabinets, pillars, and doors with a quartered chevron grain pattern. The design is enhanced by raised ceilings and subtle lighting, maintaining a consistent Art Deco theme.

The galley is strategically positioned just forward of the master suite and entrance lobby. It is designed for efficiency and accessibility, connecting seamlessly with the dining areas. The dining saloon features a 10-seater table and fitted cabinets that house bone china services from Hermès, Spode, and Tiffany. This section of the yacht is practical and functional, catering to both formal dining and casual family meals.

In the main saloon, a central spiral stairwell encased with seven full-height windows serves as a key architectural feature. This design choice maximizes the space without compromising the room's layout. The saloon also includes short bookcases that create a subtle division from the adjoining dining area.

The boat deck lounge provides a comfortable space for social gatherings. It is softly lit with an inverted pyramid of glass set in the ceiling and furnished with a settee, card table, and a bar topped with rosa Verona marble. This lounge is particularly effective during the day, offering a bright and airy environment through tall windows and wide, fully-glazed sliding doors. These doors connect the lounge with the bridge deck aft, which is equipped with a teak-laid deck, a 12-seater table, and casual seating arrangements.

Accommodation

Tasia can comfortably host a total of 10 guests across 5 well-appointed cabins. The master suite is located on the main deck. Entered through a spacious study, this suite spans the full beam of the yacht. The room includes a central bed, twin dressing areas, and a luxurious bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with twin washbasins set in a blue granite counter, a circular Jacuzzi spa bath, and separate shower and head/bidet compartments.

The lower deck houses four guest cabins, designed with careful attention to detail. There are two sizeable double cabins, each with its own bathroom, and two slightly smaller twin cabins, each with a shower room. All cabins feature a harmonious blend of wood, silk wall-coverings, and pastel fabrics, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.

She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
