Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.01m beam and a 1.96m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 193 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the sixteenth yacht built on the 100 Flybridge design. She was delivered to her owners in June 2019.
Exterior Design
Lanikai's deck is made of teak, a material known for its robustness and resistance to the harsh marine environment. The hull and superstructure are both finished in a clean white color, contributing to a sleek and uniform appearance. The boot top and below-the-waterline areas are painted black, providing a sharp contrast. With a raked bow, Lanikai is built to cut through water efficiently, enhancing its performance and handling.
The cockpit offers a 10-person U-shaped settee with two fixed tables, allowing for alfresco dining. Wide side decks lead to the foredeck seating area, which includes a hi-low table that converts to a sun pad.
The flybridge also accommodates a 22-foot Novurania 600 LX tender, equipped with a 200 hp Yamaha outboard. The tender is stowed in the aft section, and its inclusion in the sale is a notable point. Adjacent to the tender stowage area is a grill and a three-person bar with fixed stools. A drop-down flat-screen TV is positioned behind the bar for added convenience.
The cockpit area is designed for practicality and comfort, featuring a 10-person U-shaped settee with two fixed tables. Interior Design
The salon is arranged to facilitate social interaction, featuring a long C-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and two lounge chairs to port. A semi-gloss wood cabinet to starboard provides additional storage and utility. Forward of the salon is the formal dining area, equipped with a semi-gloss wood table and eight dining chairs, suitable for hosting meals.
Natural light is a key element, with near sole-to-ceiling windows in the salon that, combined with light neutral tones and walnut soles, create a spacious atmosphere.
The enclosed galley, positioned just forward of the dining area, is designed for efficiency and equipped with high-quality appliances. This includes a 30-inch Thermador electric cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, an ice maker, and a wine cooler. Additional amenities include a Whirlpool garbage disposal, a Thermador dishwasher, and a Whirlpool trash compactor. The wrap-around counter offers ample workspace for meal preparation.
In the sky lounge, the enclosed section contains seating for guests with an L-shaped sofa situated behind the three-seat helm station. A flat-screen TV is available, which can be pulled down for viewing without obstructing ocean views.
Accommodation
Lanikai offers a comprehensive and well-appointed accommodation layout designed to host up to 10 guests comfortably. The yacht features five staterooms, including a split-level on-deck master stateroom and four guest staterooms located below deck.
The main-deck master stateroom is a standout feature, providing a king-sized berth accompanied by an ensuite head, ample stowage, and a walk-in closet. The custom-engineered windows with aluminum beams enhance the natural light and visibility within the suite.
Below deck, there are four guest staterooms. Two of these staterooms are mirrored VIP spaces located amidships, each equipped with double berths, walk-in closets, and ensuite heads. The forward guest staterooms feature side-by-side berths that can be converted into queen-sized beds, providing flexibility and convenience for different guest preferences.
For the crew, Lanikai includes dedicated quarters for 5 crew members.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000) 1,920hp engines, motor yacht Lanikai is capable of reaching a top speed of 24 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
