Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.12m beam and a 1.8m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 118 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the twelfth yacht built on the 85 Motoryacht design.

Exterior Design

Live Mas features a raked bow, enhancing its hydrodynamic efficiency and providing a sleek profile. The deck material is teak, known for its resilience and non-slip properties, making it a practical choice for marine environments. The hull and superstructure are finished in white, contributing to a clean and classic appearance. The boot top and below-the-waterline areas are painted black, creating a striking contrast with the white upper sections.

The aft deck offers a functional bar area equipped with storage and a refrigerator, designed for convenience and ease of use. This area leads into the main salon, which then transitions into a formal dining area. The dining space includes built-in storage units and a small sink, making it practical for hosting and entertaining.

On the upper deck, the flybridge is designed with a center-mounted helm station, complete with modern navigation and control systems. The space is practical for both leisure and operational activities, featuring two helm seats, a bar area with a sink, ice maker, and fridge, as well as dining and sunbathing areas. The flybridge also includes tender and jet ski storage, with a spring mechanism for easy launching.

The bow area is designed for relaxation, furnished with an adjustable sun pad and an umbrella for shade. Cup holders are conveniently placed, catering to comfort during outdoor lounging.

Interior Design

The main salon features a large L-shaped sofa flanked by expansive windows that allow natural light to fill the space. This area is complemented by powered glass doors that provide easy access and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

The galley is configured as a country kitchen, boasting a full-size American refrigerator and freezer, double sink, dishwasher, and other essential appliances. Adjacent to the galley is a dinette space with another sofa and a table, providing a casual dining option. The integration of a helm station within this area is a notable feature, allowing for control of the yacht from inside in case of inclement weather. The helm station includes Stidd helm seats, large Garmin multifunction displays, and controls for the bow and stern thrusters, throttle, VHF radio, and steering wheel.

Accommodation

Live Mas offers accommodation for up to eight guests including four well-appointed guest cabins, each with its own en-suite facilities, ensuring privacy and convenience for all onboard.

The master cabin is a standout feature, occupying the full beam of the yacht. It is furnished with a king-size bed, providing ample space for relaxation. Additional amenities include built-in storage, a dressing table, and his-and-her walk-in closets. The master cabin also boasts large windows that offer ample natural light. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a central shower, and separate toilet facilities on either side.

Located forward, the VIP cabin offers a comfortable retreat with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Guests will also find a TV and built-in storage, enhancing the cabin's functionality.

Live Mas includes two additional guest cabins. One cabin is equipped with a double bed and en-suite facilities, while the other features two single beds, also with an en-suite. Both cabins offer full standing headroom and built-in storage, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

Live Mas features accommodations for up to three crew members. The crew quarters include a small mess area, a fridge, a sink, a TV, and an additional laundry facility. This area is accessible through a transom door off the swim platform, providing a convenient and functional living space for the crew.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000) 1,491hp engines, motor yacht Live Mas is capable of reaching a top speed of 23 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots. With her 9,463 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,074 nautical miles at 10 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
