The 196'10" expedition yacht Satemi was delivered to her owners in 2024 by Dutch shipyard Amels. The yacht's elegant exterior design is by Espen Oeino, while her interiors are the work of Studio Indigo.
Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 34'1" beam and a 11' draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 830 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2021 with the keel laid under the project name 'Project Snow'. This was the fourth yacht built on the Amels 60 design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in July 2023 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in January 2024.
Accommodation
Satemi offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck and 1 VIP cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 13 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel-electric MTU (12V 2000 M72) engines, motor yacht Satemi is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 32,229 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 13 knots.
