The 33.13m motor yacht Twin Dreams was delivered to her owners in 2022 by American shipyard Ocean Alexander. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Evan K Marshall, while Ocean Alexander is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.01m beam and a 1.85m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 190 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the fifth yacht built on the 32L design. She was completed at Ocean Alexander's Kaohsiung yard in Taiwan where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in May 2022.

Exterior Design

 At 33 meters in length, the vessel presents a balanced form that combines a sleek profile with practical features for both leisure and operational needs.

The aft deck is designed with a substantial U-shaped seating area accompanied by twin tables, facilitating social gatherings and dining. Adjacent to this area is a compact bar, equipped with an ice maker and a fridge, providing necessary amenities for outdoor enjoyment. The side decks are thoughtfully constructed to allow easy access to different parts of the yacht, leading up to the bow where an adjustable awning offers shade, while also being removable for sunbathing.

On the bridge deck, the L-shaped seating arrangement complements a well-furnished bar, which includes a sink, storage, refrigerator, ice maker, and grill. This area is also equipped with a hot tub and provides shade through removable covers. A 2,500-pound rated crane on this deck allows for the convenient storage of a jet ski or tender, showcasing the yacht's blend of leisure and practicality.

Movement between decks is facilitated by a powered glass door that leads to the sky lounge and helm. The exterior's design emphasizes the yacht's operational capacity, with features such as a spacious hydraulic swim platform and efficient access points for both guests and crew. The design is further complemented by large sliding glass doors that open up the interior spaces to the outside.

Interior Design

The use of dark woods contrasted with white finishes creates a simple yet effective visual impact throughout the yacht. The main salon features a sliding glass door, approximately eight feet long, that opens up the space and enhances its airy feel. The formal dining area provides seating for ten, making it suitable for both intimate dining and larger gatherings.

The galley is equipped with high-end Viking appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, and a large wine fridge, providing all the necessary amenities for meal preparation and storage. The countertop design, though subjective in taste, serves as a practical workspace. Additionally, a pocket door allows for this area to be discreetly closed off when needed.

The helm is equipped with three Stidd seats and large multifunction displays. These displays provide control over the ship's systems, including navigation, lighting, air conditioning, and fuel management. The helm's design emphasizes ease of use and accessibility to all necessary controls.

The sky lounge offers an area for relaxation, with sofas facing each other across a coffee table. This layout encourages conversation and provides a casual seating arrangement. The inclusion of another bar in this space ensures that refreshments are always within reach.  

Accommodation

Twin Dreams offers luxurious accommodations for up to 10 guests in five suites. The yacht features a master cabin located on the main deck, which includes a king-size bed, expansive windows, a seating area, and a dressing table. The master suite also boasts a spacious ensuite bathroom with twin sinks, a dressing room, and a plush carpeted floor. The ensuite includes a shower and additional facilities behind frosted glass doors.

Below the main deck, Twin Dreams provides two guest cabins with flexible bedding configurations, allowing beds to be arranged as a queen or separated into singles, each with its own ensuite. Additionally, there are two identical VIP cabins, each with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.

For the crew of four, Twin Dreams includes a well-equipped crew area with laundry facilities, a crew mess, and bunk rooms. The captain's cabin features its own ensuite, while other crew members share a head. 

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12) 1,900hp engines, motor yacht Twin Dreams is capable of reaching a top speed of 24 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
