Feadship superyacht Project 825 moved to Kaag facility

Feadship’s 76m (249ft) Project 825 has been spotted on the move, as she left the construction shed for the first time and makes her way to the shipyard's Kaag facility ahead of the next outfitting stages.

Scheduled for delivery in 2024 she has a steel and aluminum construction and is powered by a pair of 2,000hp MTU diesel engines for anticipated maximum speeds of 15 knots.

Designed in collaboration with exterior lines being penned by Studio De Voogt and interiors by the Paris-based studio Gilles & Boissier, Project 825 is a modern-looking superyacht with transatlantic capabilities, advertising a range of 5,000 nm.

Still with a fair way to go until completion, many specific details are under wraps, however, Feadship has divulged that there will be a host of noteworthy features across the four decks.

Exteriors are impactful to say the least, with guests being welcomed onboard to a spacious beach club hidden behind the transom, with additional lighting filtering through from above, via a glass-bottomed pool on the aft main deck. An indulgent feature is also seen on other Feadship superyachts including FAITH and LONIAN.

Onboard liveability has been considered in every detail with many amenities to keep guests entertained while at sea.

Aside from the beach club and exploration possibilities through a touch-and-go helipad and storage for two tenders and water toys, guests staying on the decks can make the most of a fully equipped bar, a games room and a bridge deck spa which houses a sauna and a climate-controlled gym that can also open on three sides for natural sea breezes.

Overnight accommodation is seemingly a six-cabin layout, with a forward-facing master on the owner's deck, boasting a capacious bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and a private study that enjoys its own private terrace with Jacuzzi. A set of sliding glass doors in the owner’s lounge leads to further private space with an aft terrace and an alfresco dining option that is shaded by the overhang.

A full beam VIP cabin is situated on the main deck forward, also hosting some private facilities including a private bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, plus a lounge with a private balcony.

The remaining guest cabins are on the lower deck and comprise of two doubles, a twin and a convertible, all of which can be accessed directly through the beach club.
