Libertas is the second model from the Dutch brand, following on from the release of Inveni back in May 2019.
With the first hull already booked in for an April 2020 delivery, the hull and superstructure follow in the footsteps of the debut Sichterman model, with a timeless design which encompasses admirable technological innovations.
Integrated with a Volvo Penta IPS system and two IPS 950 engines, she can reach impressive top speeds of 40 knots, with an ecofriendly speed of 15 knots to reach a range of 500 nautical miles. Optimal performance is aided by striking hull lines by Van Oossanen, giving Libertas smooth and efficient handling plus maximum manoeuvrability.
Sichterman Libertas sets itself apart from others by its range. With an average speed, this 15 meter long ship can take its passengers as far as 500 nautical miles. Which means that it can sail from Monaco to Ibiza, or from Capri to Sardinia and back, on one full tank.

Although Libertas follows the trend of timeless style and efficiency from the first Dutch model, thanks to Cor D Rover's exterior lines, she is the first model from the relatively new shipyard to have a hull which is specifically designed for high-speed boats. The eye-catching shape is also said to stay as the shipyard confirm that the same hull shape is to be carried over on to larger vessels in the future.
A favoured feature is the versatility of the vessel. For some owners, she will be the ideal day boat to explore new coastlines at speed, with a hideaway down below to freshen up and spend the night. For others, she also has everything needed to be an exclusive limousine tender.
