Technohull has released details of its new flagship tender, the 13.8m (45ft) Omega 47 which combines large areas of deck space with exhilarating speed.
The Omega 47 was developed from the Greek brand’s popular Omega 45, and features Technohull’s biggest ever cabin and the world’s first V12 outboard engines that give a top speed of in excess of 80 knots.
Slightly longer and broader than her predecessor, the Omega 47 offers several configurations including extra helm seating, a cockpit table and additional sunpads for lounging. In common with every Technohull vessel, she features full walkaround decks.
The extra space is also emphasized in a roomy cabin below deck which offers a striking amount of volume compared to similar RIBs for sale. It features a double V-berth and a full-height shower and head compartment.
There is also a choice in terms of propulsion packages. Options include 2 x 600hp Mercury Verado outboards - the world’s first V12 outboards, or there is room on the transom for up to 4 x 450hp Mercury Racing motors or diesel-powered inboards.
Technohull’s patented Dynastream hull design, five years in development, provides lift, natural cushioning and stability even at Omega 47’s top speed of over 80 knots. The super deep-V hull also deflects spray and cuts through waves, ensuring passengers are kept dry.
Already seven Omega 47s have been sold, with six staying in the Central Mediterranean and one in the USA.
Since the launch of its first hull in 2004, Technohull has built RIB boats that combine superyacht style finishes with true sporty performance. To view its entire range browse all Technohull tenders for sale.
