After an absence of three years, the world’s biggest indoor boat show finally returns to Messe Dusseldorf with a showstopping collection of motor yachts looking to make up for lost time.
Upwards of 200,000 guests are expected to flock to around 20 themed halls that will between them showcase almost the entire spectrum of the yachting world, from majestic superyachts to kayaks, canoes and elegant tenders.
As ever boot Dusseldorf will be the first of the year, running for nine days across January, and will feature some of the biggest names in the superyacht industry. If you are looking to buy a new yacht then, with seven halls dedicated to motor boats, boot Dusseldorf is the place to start your search. The star attraction will be the Superyacht hall, with several 25m+ (82ft) yachts available to see, and expert advice will be on offer throughout the show if you are new to the market.
There are also areas dedicated to engine technology, equipment and accessories, as well as a true water sports haven with the opportunity to try out a range of water-based activities including wakeboarding, canoeing and sailing.
Making up the show will be a series of seminars, talks and award presentations from some of the most respected names in the marine industry.
With the show covering around 230,000 square meters of space, boot Dusseldorf is clearly themed and zoned, so you can easily find exactly what you are looking for. Located centrally in Europe Dusseldorf itself is easily accessible by train, plane and car.
