Following on from a successful anniversary edition in 2022, the glamour returns to the boardwalks, as thousands of visitors descend to Vieux Port and Port Canto to view some of the most spectacular yachts on the market.
Annually attracting a broad range of production yachts from all the big names in the yachting industry, visitors to the Cannes Yachting Festival can expect to see stands from brands like Azimut, Princess, Sunseeker, Beneteau, Benetti and more.
As one of the leading European events of the year, it's no surprise that hundreds of yachts for sale make their global debuts here, as well as tenders and a range of innovative gadgets and technical solutions.
Exploring the Cannes Yachting Festival
Scheduled to run from September 12-17 2023, the show is divided into two interconnected locations along La Croisette. Vieux Port and Port Canto provide the ideal backdrops for such a prestigious yachting event.
Vieux Port is the busiest of the two show locations, hosting a glistening collection of motor yachts including flybridge models, motor cruisers, and superyachts.
New for 2023, Vieux Port is also set to feature a floating exhibit of smaller boats, accommodating more than 50 models ranging from 8 to 12 meters. Previously a land-based display on the Quai Max Laubeuf, the improved exhibit for small boats adds to the show's goal of offering the most diverse and inclusive selection of boats possible.
Linked by complementary transport services, Port Canto offers a completely different atmosphere, with one of the largest displays of sailing boats known to the annual yachting calendar. With over 100 boats on display, Port Canto offers the prime opportunity to get up close to the models on display, with a dedicated area also designated to a collection of used yachts for sale.
Side attractions
Completing the ensemble that the Cannes event is famous for, side attractions throughout the duration of the show bring all aspects together to create the electric atmosphere associated with Cannes and the infamous social scene.
Dedicated zones for tenders and toys are always a popular draw, with the Luxury Gallery offering absolute indulgence from some of the most premium brands in the retail industry. Buying accessories from fashion, jewelry, yacht maintenance, real estate and many more niches could not be any easier.
Younger visitors can also be entertained by various live demonstrations of watersports equipment available to buy at the show.
