Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 9.6m beam and a 2.59m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 499 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the ninth yacht built on the 500Exp design. Launched in May 2022 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Sanlorenzo's La Spezia yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in August 2022.

Exterior Design

Arrow's exterior design exudes a sense of adventure, seamlessly blending elegance with the rugged capability required for globe-trotting voyages. The explorer yacht's silhouette is characterized by distinctive, straight lines that convey her no-nonsense approach to seafaring, while the flared bow and expansive deck spaces hint at the vessel's spacious interiors and an array of luxury amenities. Arrow's superstructure is thoughtfully designed to accommodate an impressive array of toys and tenders, emphasizing her role as a true adventurer's companion.

At the stern, the yacht's Beach Club serves as an inviting gateway to the sea, complete with a fold-down balcony that transforms the space into an open-air lounge, ideal for water sports or simply basking in the oceanic surroundings. The integration of a crane system underscores the yacht's practical design, facilitating the seamless deployment of dirt bikes, scooters, and an amphibious tender, enhancing the owner's experience of remote shores.

The upper deck is crowned by a helipad, reinforcing Arrow's capability to reach the most inaccessible locations. Here, space is allocated for an Airbus H130 helicopter, providing exceptional aerial exploration opportunities. The deck is also engineered to host a U-Boat Works submarine, offering guests the unique chance to delve beneath the waves and discover the mysteries of the deep.

As the day transitions to night, the aft deck metamorphoses into a sumptuous entertainment space. With ample room for a DJ booth and dance floor, it's the perfect setting for hosting lavish parties under the stars. The inclusion of high-end audio systems ensures that Arrow is not just equipped for exploration but is also a hub of social activity and relaxation.

Whether crossing oceans or exploring hidden coves, Arrow is a vessel that truly embodies the spirit of luxury expedition yachting.

Interior Design

As guests step into the main saloon, they are greeted by a harmonious blend of natural teak treated in muted tones, setting a serene ambiance that is both welcoming and sophisticated. The space is thoughtfully arranged, with a formal dining area that seamlessly transitions into a cozy lounge, inviting guests to congregate and enjoy the stunning views provided by the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows.

Continuing forward, the owner's stateroom is a sanctuary of privacy and opulence. Beginning with a substantial, well-appointed study, the area offers a tranquil retreat for contemplation or work, benefitting from generous windows that flood the room with natural light. The adjoining sleeping quarters are an ode to serenity, featuring a spacious walk-in wardrobe and an awe-inspiring en suite that spans the full beam of the yacht. His and hers amenities are thoughtfully separated by a central shower, ensuring a sense of personal space and luxury.

Ascending to the bridge deck, an upper lounge offers a more intimate setting for relaxation or entertainment. It's a space where guests can enjoy a drink from the bar or watch a movie on one of the few visible televisions aboard the yacht. The bridge deck aft extends this private luxury to the outdoors, featuring a smaller, more secluded al fresco area complete with a wet bar and versatile furniture arrangements to suit any occasion.

Throughout the yacht, the interior design is characterized by a thoughtful interplay of light and space, where technology is seamlessly integrated for guest comfort and convenience. Each cabin is equipped with an iPad, giving guests complete control over their environment, from climate to lighting, ensuring a personalized experience at the touch of a button.

Performance & Capabilities

The Sanlorenzo Arrow boasts remarkable engineering prowess that elevates the yachting experience to new heights. At the core of Arrow's mechanical muscle are twin Caterpillar engines, each producing an impressive 2300 horsepower. This powerhouse propels the yacht with a full displacement steel hull, ensuring robust and reliable navigation through the seas.

Arrow's speed is not designed with racing in mind but rather tailored for endurance and stability. With a stately top speed of approximately 14 knots, she glides through the waters with grace and precision. The cruising speed of 10 knots is where Arrow truly shines, offering an optimal balance of fuel efficiency and comfort over long distances.

Fuel capacity is a critical aspect of any expedition vessel, and the Arrow is exemplary in this regard. With a substantial fuel storage capacity of 60,000 liters, she is well-equipped for extended voyages without the need for frequent refueling stops. This considerable fuel reserve, combined with efficient engine performance, grants the Sanlorenzo Arrow an impressive range of 4000 nautical miles, allowing owners and guests to traverse vast expanses of ocean and explore remote destinations with ease.

Attention to detail is evident in Arrow's fuel management systems, which incorporate advanced multi-stage filtering and fuel transfer capabilities. This redundancy is vital for ensuring consistent engine operation, even in scenarios where fuel quality may be compromised, and further underscores the yacht's readiness for adventure in the most secluded corners of the globe.

Arrow also integrates state-of-the-art stabilization technology to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all aboard. Whether cruising through choppy waters or at anchor in a serene bay, the stabilizers work diligently to minimize roll and maintain an even keel, enhancing the overall sense of luxury and relaxation that is synonymous with the Sanlorenzo brand.

Amenities

In addition, a generous beach club offers direct access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort.
