The 88.5m motor yacht Samsara was delivered to her owners in 2015 by Dutch shipyard Oceanco. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by Sinot Yacht Design, while her exteriors have been penned by Espen Oeino.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 14.2m beam and a 4m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 2,914 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a heli-pad.
Construction started in mid 2011 with the keel laid under the project name 'Y710'. This was the tenth yacht built on the Custom design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in August 2014 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in February 2015.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of Samsara is defined by its multiple deck spaces, incorporating three pools to ensure a refreshing experience wherever guests choose to relax on board. The primary deck boasts a 17 cubic meter pool, flanked by sunpads and complemented by a conveniently placed bar, shielded from the sun by the overhanging deck. Descending twin staircases lead to the swim platform, which offers easy water access and can be furnished to create a comfortable lounge area near the water's edge. Storage for tenders is smartly designed, with dual hatches facilitating effortless launch and retrieval procedures. A full selection of water toys is available, underscoring the yacht's capacity for entertainment and adventure.
Samsara's deck layout is conducive to outdoor dining, with several al fresco settings to choose from. The beach club and an assortment of outdoor furniture enhance the yacht's appeal for open-air socializing and leisure. The decks wrap around the vessel, providing secluded spaces for quiet contemplation and direct access to a private Jacuzzi and seating area for the owner.
The bridge deck is arranged for hosting guests, with an easy flow between the interior and exterior spaces. It features an outdoor dining area suitable for ten and an adjoining small seating zone, ideal for casual gatherings. The upper deck mirrors the bridge deck's functionality but offers a larger dining arrangement for up to 12 guests.
The sundeck presents yet another choice for relaxation and entertainment, equipped with a dip pool, gaming tables, sun loungers, and forward-facing chairs for enjoying the view.
Interior Design
The interior of Samsara has a contemporary style that prioritizes comfort and warmth. The main salon is separated into smaller lounge areas to foster an intimate atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Each space is equipped with plush seating that invites guests to unwind.
A neutral color palette is complemented by the use of high-quality fabrics and woods, creating a serene environment. The design theme extends to the informal lounge on the bridge deck, where guests can enjoy casual gatherings. A bar adorned with bold color accents enhances the space, which opens onto the deck, allowing for a blend of indoor and outdoor enjoyment.
To accommodate movement between decks, a glass elevator provides simple and efficient transit, serving as both a practical and aesthetic feature. For wellness and fitness enthusiasts, the yacht offers a well-equipped gym, along with amenities such as a massage room and salon, ensuring guests can maintain their wellbeing routines during their voyage.
Accommodation
Samsara can accommodate up to twelve guests across its seven suites, each designed with a contemporary style and appointed with the finest materials to provide a restful and luxurious stay for all who come aboard.
The yacht features a principal cabin that is situated on the upper deck. This cabin is an expansive space that boasts panoramic views through its substantial windows. Guests staying in the principal cabin have the luxury of direct access to a private deck area, complemented by a Jacuzzi for relaxation and privacy. The principal cabin also includes his and hers bathrooms, dressing rooms, cinema lounge and office spaces, providing a complete living experience.
On the main deck, guests will find two VIP cabins, both featuring en-suite facilities. These cabins are designed to offer a level of luxury and comfort that is nearly on par with the principal cabin, ensuring that VIP guests feel thoroughly pampered during their stay.
Additionally, the main deck houses four more guest cabins, each with its own en-suite bathroom. These cabins maintain the yacht's high standards of luxury, offering guests a serene space to retreat to after a day of leisure.
To ensure the utmost in service and attention to guest needs, Samsara carries a professional crew of 26.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (20V 4000 M73L) 20-cylinder 4,838hp engines, motor yacht Samsara is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 16 knots. With her 280,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 6,700 nautical miles at 13 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea. Waterfront living can be enjoyed to the fullest, thanks to a large beach club and connecting swim platform with plenty of space for sitting back and admiring the sea views. In addition, full cinema facilities ensure five-star entertainment. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. An elevator makes the yacht fully-accessible, while air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort and underwater lights will turn plenty of heads when the sun goes down. Samsara also features a deck jacuzzi for cooling off.
