Construction started in mid 1998. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Exterior Design

Flag's main deck aft features comfortable chairs and sofas, along with an oversized table at the center. The built-in seating area is accentuated by a carefully chosen color palette and textures, creating a cozy and timeless environment.

Two staircases lead down to the beach club, enhancing its accessibility. On the main deck, there are built-in conveniences such as a sink and a fridge. The entire area is well-lit with cove lighting, recessed lights, and equipped with speakers and security cameras.

The exterior design also includes motorized sliding glass doors that open up to the main salon, offering an inviting transition from outdoor to indoor spaces.

Flag's exterior also features practical amenities for water activities. The beach club area includes an outdoor shower and a variety of water toys, such as jet skis, e-foils, wakeboards, and snorkeling equipment. The garage provides storage for these items, ensuring they are kept in good condition and easily accessible.

Interior Design

The main salon features a low-sectional couch, two chairs, and a plush carpet that creates a quiet and comfortable environment. The bar area includes a dual elevation setup with leather-wrapped bar stools and motorized doors that reveal a TV. The space is well-lit by massive windows that bring in natural light.

The formal dining room offers seating for 12 around an oval table, complemented by a chrome inlay design and cove lighting. An art piece called "Portal" adds a unique touch, doubling as a mirror box when turned off. Built-in cabinetry with organized glassware storage ensures efficient use of space, critical for a setting that frequently changes locations.

The galley is equipped with high-end appliances, including double Rational ovens, six-burner induction stoves, a grill, and a fat fryer. The space is compact yet highly functional, designed to cater to both crew and guests efficiently.

Flag has a total of seven staterooms, ensuring ample space for up to 14 guests. Located on the main deck is the owner’s stateroom, while the lower level hosts six additional guest staterooms.

The owner's stateroom, situated on the main deck, includes a private study with a built-in desk and a library. The bedroom features a king-size bed with a padded back wall, a seating area, and large picture windows with motorized shades. The stateroom is equipped with a pop-up TV for entertainment. The suite also boasts two luxurious bathrooms, each with heated stone floors, a vanity, and a walk-in shower or built-in tub. A spacious walk-in closet with LED-lit hangers adds a touch of sophistication.

On the lower deck, there are six guest staterooms. Each stateroom is well-appointed with features such as king-size beds, ample storage, built-in desks, and private bathrooms. The bathrooms are fitted with high-quality fixtures, natural stone floors, and heated floors for added comfort. The rooms are designed to be both cozy and spacious, offering a pleasant stay for all guests.
