The multi-award winning 47.42m sail yacht Hyperion was delivered to her owners in 1998 by Dutch shipyard Royal Huisman. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Pieter Beeldsnijder Design, while German Frers is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 9.56m beam and a 4.8m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 305 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Accommodation
Hyperion offers accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by 1 x diesel MTU (12V 2000 M61) 12-cylinder 800hp engines, motor yacht Hyperion is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. She has a maximum range of 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
