- On-deck owner suite with king bed
- Spacious aft deck with seating for ten
Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 8.38m beam and a 2.18m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 280 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in early 1997. She was delivered to her owners in May 1999.
Exterior Design
The oversized aft deck offers ample seating for ten, arranged in a radius bench seat alongside a custom AJ Originals teak table. A sunken bar is equipped with a sink and icemaker, complemented by four teak bar stools, providing a convenient area for socializing. Boarding gates are available both port and starboard, while wing doors facilitate easy access. The starboard stairwell leads to the flybridge, and dual stairs provide access to the sport deck.
The flybridge is spacious, featuring an L-shaped upholstered settee, cocktail tables, and sun pads, along with a 6-person Jacuzzi and teak decks. The starboard side houses a full bar with a new stone top, an "outdoor kitchen" equipped with a Lynx gas grill, dual burner cooktop, icemaker, refrigerator, and sink. Timeless bar stools add to the area's utility. The center helm station offers three helm seats and two wing stations for enhanced visibility.
On the boat deck aft, storage accommodates a 2021 18' Novurania, two 2018 Yamaha waverunners, and a 4800lb crane. The sport deck is designed for practicality, with oversized dual windlasses and bits for towing. A hot/cold shower is also available, along with access to the lazarette and engine room.
Engine noise and vibration are minimized through advanced engineering. The yacht's systems are designed to meet stringent ABS Maltese Cross AMS ratings, with a carefully constructed floating structure that incorporates cork-filled plywood, Airex, lead sheeting, foam, and carpeting. The bulkheads around the engine room are reinforced with thicker layers of foam and plywood, and all major equipment is mounted on rubber supports. This results in a quiet experience, with noise levels in the salon at cruising speed at only 62dB.
Interior Design
Reflections features a custom interior dominated by high gloss Anigre joinery and Mappa Burl raised panels and crown moldings. These elements create a consistent design theme throughout the vessel.
In the starboard foyer, travelers are greeted by Emperador marble flooring and custom features like a cathedral-like recess above the stairs and a stylish handrail made of stainless steel and copper. The foyer also includes an art niche, adding a touch of sophistication to the space.
The main salon is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. It houses a state-of-the-art A/V system and a custom L-shaped upholstered settee. A sunken bar is located forward, offering a convenient spot for refreshments. Adjacent to the salon, the dining area includes a table with a pedestal base and seating for eight, complemented by a custom 6-foot saltwater aquarium visible from both the salon and dining room. The high-gloss Anigre finish provides a striking backdrop to the vibrant aquatic display.
Accommodation
Reflections offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 2 VIP cabins, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin.
