The 32.9m classic yacht Santa Maria was delivered to her owners in 1963 by Dutch shipyard Feadship. Her interior and exterior has been penned in-house by the Feadship design team.
Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 7m beam and a 1.9m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 163 GT (Gross Tonnes).
The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Accommodation
Santa Maria offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin, 3 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Baudouin (6m26.2 IMO I) 12-cylinder 493hp engines, motor yacht Santa Maria is capable of reaching a top speed of 13 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 14,500 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,100 nautical miles at 11 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
Amenities
Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Santa Maria also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
Special Features
Originally built for Henry Ford II this classically designed motor yacht was built in the mid 1960’s and used extensively by the Ford family. Although comprehensively refitted, many of her original features remain in use today.
