The 262'6" motor yacht Thalassa was delivered to her owners in 2026 by Dutch shipyard Feadship. The yacht's exteriors have been penned by Malcolm Mckeon Yacht Design, while M2 Atelier has designed her interiors.
Design & Construction
Designed around a fast displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 43' beam and a 11'10" draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 1,953 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2023. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
Exterior Design
The 80m (262ft) Feadship Thalassa is a sleek and elegant yacht designed by Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design, known for his expertise in sailing yachts. The lines of Thalassa reflect this influence, resembling a finely tuned sailing yacht. The yacht features an elongated foredeck and stacked decks, but it is the aft section of the yacht's design that caught the attention of the yachting world when she was first revealed.
A central highlight of the main deck aft is the long swimming pool surrounded by sun pads. This pool features a glass bottom, allowing filtered natural light to illuminate the beach club below. A floating stairway descends from the aft deck to the beach club, beneath the glass panels, creating a stunning mix of light and reflections. The beach club spans 165sq/m (1,776sq/ft) and is enhanced by three opening sides, with the aft door covering nearly the yacht's entire beam (13m/43ft). The beach club features smart teak decks, brushed metal supports, fluted wood wall designs, and a stylish central open stairway leading up to the main deck aft.
Thalassa's vertical bow leads to the elongated foredeck, with twin stairways descending to a sheltered area beneath the upper deck overhang. This area connects to the main deck's side walkways. Extensive glazing and open gunwales along the side profile enhance visibility from the main deck salon. The lower deck features round portholes and discreet shell doors.
The yacht’s deck layers are interconnected via a stairway on the starboard quarter deck of each level. Key sun areas include the main deck aft, the upper deck with banquette seating, armchairs, and occasional tables, and the bridge deck with flexible sun pad and lounging spaces. A circular Jacuzzi is located forward on the sky deck. Al fresco dining is available on all deck levels, shaded by the decks above. The sky deck also features a central circular bar under a canopy.
Stylish fluted towers provide visual interest between the deck levels, and a vertical radar mast is positioned atop the yacht.
Accommodation
Thalassa offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 15 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 4000 M53) 2,467hp engines, motor yacht Thalassa is capable of reaching a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 51,249 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5,500 nautical miles at an economic speed of 12 knots.
