Delivered in 2013, Vellmari is a 47.5m open yacht built by Italian shipyard Rossinavi. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Team 4 Design, while Arrabito Naval Architects is responsible for her naval architecture.
Design & Construction
Designed around a planing aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 8.8m beam and a 1.65m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 496 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in February 2013 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in April 2013.
Accommodation
Vellmari offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck, 1 VIP cabin, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M94) 2,600hp engines running at 2450rpm, motor yacht Vellmari is capable of reaching a top speed of 20 knots, and comfortably cruises at 15 knots. She has a maximum range of 2,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. Her planing hull design means she is fast and efficient as she slices through the water.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. The yacht features a tender garage with storage for a range of toys and accessories. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. Vellmari also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
