Biggest ever AMELS superyacht launches

The biggest AMELS superyacht to date has touched the waters for the very first time.

The brand new custom build 78 metre vessel was launched at the Amels facility on the Danube and has signified an important stage in the construction process for the iconic build.

Scheduled for a 2021 delivery, Project 77 from Amels features design work from Espen Oeino and features an admirable Gross Tonnage of 2,850GT.

Still to undergo outfitting at the shipyard's facility in the Netherlands, the owner has appointed Zuretti Interior Design to develop their vision throughout the interiors.

It’s definitely a unique project and it was an intense collaboration with AMELS and I think it’s been an amazing journey so far since signing the contract in 2017.

So far, unveiled details of the custom 78 metre vessel reveal that the foredeck is an ideal socialising area with plenty of space for sunloungers plus relaxing opportunities with a Jacuzzi and sunbath.

The aft main deck boasts an al fresco lounge area which is shaded from the upper deck overhang. Up on the upper deck itself, there is a swimming pool which is hidden from prying eyes. The private space unseen from the public also has bountiful room for more sunloungers and seating areas to enjoy morning coffee or cocktails later in the day.

The lower deck can also accommodate guests throughout the day with easy access to the water and room for sunbathing next to the water's edge.
