First Sanlorenzo SX112 crossover yacht nears completion

Sanlorenzo has announced the first hull of the SX112 is nearing completion and will be ready in time for her summer 2020 seafaring debut.

Extending the Sanlorenzo SX Crossover Range, which launched back in 2017, the new 34 metre motor yacht joins the SX88 model as the new flagship.

Panning over three decks which are connected via a glass enclosed spiral staircase, the SX112 joins the list of Sanlorenzo yachts for sale not only as the new flagship for the range, but also as an opportunity for owners to experience a yacht which makes the most of its natural surroundings.

Designed in collaboration with Zuccon International Project, designers Bernardo Zuccon and Piero Lissoni worked in unison to bring exteriors and interiors together with a family environment as a primary focus.

The voluminous layout of the 34m crossover flybridge motor yacht can first be seen at the stern with a spacious beach club set up, including fold down balconies on either side and an interior space with abundant space for relaxing close to the water.

As the latest addition to the SX crossover range, the design concept follows on from the previous models in the range by offering an open plan arrangement throughout the interiors.

Merging both interior and exterior ambiences to create one overall onboard experience.

Furnishings for the first SX112 hull take on influences from two main cultures of Japan and Italy. The Japanese essence of purity can be seen throughout the initial interior renderings, with hints of Italian craftmanship worked in to the prestige finish.

Powered by four Volvo IPS3 1350S engines, giving a total of 4,000hp, the Italian shipyard promotes a maximum speed of 23 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots.
