Horizon Yachts launch second 32.75m FD102 hull To-Kalon

Taiwanese shipyard Horizon Yachts have announced the successful launch of their second FD102 hull as she prepares for delivery to her American owners.

With a name inspired by Plato’s writing and concept of beauty, the new FD102 To-Kalon is powered by twin Caterpillar Inc engines with a top speed of 21.4 knots.

Anticipated to make her global debut at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in October 2020 alongside other Horizon yachts for sale, motor yacht To-Kalon was commissioned in 2019 and is currently on schedule to arrive with her new owners in June.

Extensive collaborative input from the owners witnesses several personal touches throughout the second hull of the FD102, including a specially requested Cor D Rover nameplate alongside the Horizon logos on the hull sides.

Exteriors by globally known Dutch studio Cor D Rover Design have been customised to specific requirements of the new owners, with plenty of outdoor social areas around the decks.

Like the previous FD102 unit, a retractable electrc awning on the main deck shelters a spacious al fresco dining option which also features a barbeque and a bar counter.

Up on the flybridge there's another sheltered relaxation area complete with sliding glass windows, a spacious Jacuzzi and a U-shaped seating arrangement.
