Dutch builder Wajer Yachts has revealed its newly unveiled flagship yacht, the 23.5m (77ft) Wajer 77, is proving popular with 15 hulls already sold.
Created in collaboration with naval architects Van Oossanen and Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design, the Wajer 77 has a strong focus on outdoor living with spacious circular sun pads to the front and large sofas and a dining area at the back.
On board are a number of innovations the Dutch builder, best known for its superyacht tenders, has worked in from other models, including deck cooling, a hybrid fender system, an automatic roof, and an electrically adjustable deck layout.
Accommodation is offered for up to nine guests across three staterooms: a 5m (16.4ft) wide master suite with large windows, a junior suite to her bow and a guest cabin port-side. All cabins have ensuites and thick doors and special sealants to minimize the transmission of sound.
The Wajer 77 certainly caters for water sports fans with storage for a wide range of toys including SeaBobs, electrical jet surfboards, a Williams 325 Jet Tender and more. Triple Volvo Penta IPS engines give a top speed of 37 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots.
The first model is set to be ready to hit the water in July.
Founded in Amsterdam in 1992 Wajer has primarily gained a reputation as a superyacht tender manufacturer of the highest quality. The new Wajer 77 takes the mantle from its previous flagship model the Wajer 55, whilst its Wajer 38 remains one of the best selling tenders ever produced.
