Rossinavi's 66m superyacht ALCHEMY features diesel-electric propulsion system

Rossinavi Shipyard is set to unveil the 66m (216ft) motor yacht, ALCHEMY, at the Monaco Yacht Show. Crafted in Viareggio, Italy, and a brainchild of Vitruvius Yachts by Philippe Briand, with interior design and outdoor spaces styled by Enrico Gobbi - Team for Design, ALCHEMY represents Rossinavi's latest achievement in superyacht craftsmanship.

This custom superyacht, equipped with diesel-electric propulsion and propelled by pods, reflects Rossinavi's commitment to minimizing energy loss between engines and navigation speed. The tri-deck marvel, a collaborative effort with a private client, places a special focus on outdoor areas and wellness aspects.

The synergy between the client's vision and Rossinavi's expertise, facilitated by Fabrizio Loi of Interyachting, resulted in a fruitful exchange. Construction highlights include the forward owner's cabin, providing a panoramic sea view, and specialized aft toy storage hatches for stability during tender launches.

Efforts to maximize comfort and minimize vibration are evident in custom features such as the bow thruster, air conditioning system, and engine room layout. Federico Rossi, COO of Rossinavi, emphasizes the vessel's balance, a testament to decades of experience expressed in collaboration with Vitruvius Yachts.

Key design specifications of ALCHEMY highlight its proportional balance, tranquility, and optimal living area distribution across three decks. With over 330 sq/mt of outdoor space, the yacht features a Jacuzzi, sun pads, a bar, and entertaining areas. A monumental suspended staircase in the main salon, connecting to the upper deck, adds a touch of drama.

The beach club, designed to evoke a spa-like atmosphere, features teak wood, stainless steel details, and white marble. The garage accommodates various equipment, from paddleboards to tenders and even mountain bikes.

Enrico Gobbi's design creates a calm and elegant atmosphere, with bespoke furniture, including an oversized sofa in the main salon. The interior design embodies a "spa mood" with natural materials, soft colors, and essential shapes, emphasizing the importance of meticulous detail in luxury and uniqueness.

Philippe Briand, the founder of Vitruvius Yachts, commends the collaboration, labeling ALCHEMY as a true representation of synergy and refinement, fitting perfectly with the essence of Vitruvius Yachts.
