Italy-based RIB tender manufacturer, SACS Tecnorib, has announced an exciting strategic partnership with NUO, an investment holding company. The duo aims to bolster SACS Tecnorib's position in the European market while enhancing its international strategy, particularly in the U.S.
Following the merger of SACS and Tecnorib in 2021, SACS Tecnorib has had great success, reporting a production value of over €70 million in the last financial year, with more than 70% of its output dedicated to export markets. The company has enjoyed a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 25% over the past three years, thanks to its expanding international presence and diverse product lineup, which includes the Strider boat and Rebel boat ranges, as well as the Pirelli Speedboats brand under license.
The new partnership will combine SACS Tecnorib's specialized knowledge with NUO's robust resources to further entrench the company's position in the European market and bolster its international strategy, particularly in the United States, with potential growth opportunities through the acquisition of other brands.
Under this agreement, existing shareholders will sell a minority stake, while Matteo Magni will maintain majority control of the company. The governance structure remains unchanged, with founding partners Matteo Magni and Giovanni De Bonis continuing their leadership roles. Magni will take on the role of CEO in addition to his current position as President.
