Newly launched Targa 43 OPEN wins the award for Best Exterior Design in the 14 - 18m category during the Oscar alternative event during the Cannes Yachting Festival 2018. Hosted by Yachts France, the popular French yachting magazine, the high profile event took place on Saturday 15th September on the sands of the Ritz Carlton beach.
Launched at the Cannes Yachting Festival, Fairline's Targa 43 OPEN was a star of the World Yacht Trophies 2018 event as it competed against well established rivals for the coveted award. Featuring design work by the talented Alberto Mancini, the brand new model for the Fairline fleet is already making its mark with all production slots in 2018 and 2019 now full.
The attractive sporty feel of the vessel projects the reasoning behind the popularity of the new model with full standing headroom throughout for guest comfort while in transit. Capable of accommodating up to five overnight guests in two cabins and up to 12 during the day, the Targa 43 OPEN is ideal for family escapes for the day or small private parties.
The launch of the Targa 43 signifies an exciting new stage for Fairline Yachts and this highly coveted award is testimony to our dedication to create exciting boats of the highest quality that suit our discerning global customer base.

A key feature of the 12.8 meter model is the electric retracting roof. Sliding canvas draws back to provide the ultimate sunroof which spans across the cockpit and interior living area. The touch of a button puts the roof back into place to provide shelter for guests and once again create an enclosed environment for cosy nights in.
Guests who love to relax in the great outdoors will enjoy spacious sunbeds on both the aft and foredeck with some shelter provided by the hardtop. Adventuring ashore to new destinations is easy with a discreet garage which can house a Williams 280 MiniJet tender.
